Terms of service

Ekulibi provides agricultural financing and produce settlement: farmers receive input financing and repay in produce; verified partners purchase that produce and settle with Ekulibi. Using the apps or portals means you accept these terms.

You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification (KYC for farmers, KYB for partners) before transacting. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device secure.

Loan offers, service fees, and durations are stated before you accept an application. Loans are repaid by delivering produce, which is graded and valued transparently; any value above your outstanding balance is credited to your Ekulibi wallet. Defaults may affect your credit standing on the platform.

Partners receive valued produce and settle the corresponding amount with Ekulibi within the agreed window. Repeated failure to settle may lead to suspension.

Disbursements and wallet payouts are executed via licensed payment providers (Paystack) to the mobile-money account you registered. Keep those details current — payouts to the account on file are considered delivered.

Do not misrepresent your identity, farms, or produce; interfere with the platform; or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, subject to applicable law.

Ekulibi provides the platform “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Questions? hello@ekulibi.com.
